1) What is 133fitness.com? This web site enables you to purchase an exercise regimen from a certified personal trainer for only $1.33 a min. It allows those who cannot afford a trainer and/or don't have the time to fit in an exercise program in their busy lives, an opportunity to be able to do both. 2) What if I don't have access to any fitness equipment? It's OK because there are workouts that are designed to use only your body weight. Plus, if you were to purchase some equipment, you would only need a few pair of dumbbells, a stability ball, and a stretch band. 3) I have some health issues. Will my workout be geared towards working around those issues? Absolutely. For those who have any type of health issue(s) or injury(s), an assessment form will be filled out so that a specific regimen will be designed for you. Personalized regimens are also available to those who don't have any known issues. 4) I've had other fitness videos before, how are these any different? First off, these videos can be personalized. Also, a helpful hint/reminder of how to properly execute each exercise, scrolls on the bottom of the screen and there are 2-4 for each exercise. The music is chosen by the participant--let's face it, if you use a fitness video now, how many times do you turn down the volume because your so sick of that same song playing--or the trainer in the video repeating the same old things--songs get old so you must constantly mix it up to keep you motivated. 5) How often should I purchase a new fitness regimen? The more you challenge your body in different ways, the more benefit you will receive from exercising. If you decide to stick with one particular regimen, you should consider changing to a new one after 4-6 weeks. 6) How long should I wait to exercise after eating? Rule of thumb is 1 1/2-2 hours. Any sooner than that, the blood that helps digestion, will be redirected to the working muscles leaving undigested food in your gut with a heavy, bloated or even nauseas feeling. After your workout, you should be ingesting some carbs (baked potato or G2 Gatorade) and 35-40 grams of whey protein within 90 minutes of finishing your workout. 7) Can I choose any amount of time for my customized workout video(s) to be? You can choose a 15, 25, 35, 45 or 60 minute custom workout. 8) How many days should I exercise a week? You can workout up to 5 days a week – taking off at least 2 days 9) When is the best time to exercise? Unfortunately, not everyone can workout when they want to. The best time is based on each individual. Before work, after work, during your lunch break or even later in the evening. If there is only one time of the day you can do it, you must commit to that time. Too tired, ask us how to rev up your energy levels when your 2 hours away from your workout and your feeling tired. 10) I’m tired! How do I get energy for my workout?
